Pumpkin & hemp hummus
Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They have a beautiful earthy taste and make a great vegan protein source.
To make this hummus blend the following;
1 cup roasted pumpkin
1 can drained chickpeas
2 crushed garlic cloves
2T hemp seeds
1-2 hemp oil
Season well with salt and pepper.
Once blended transfer to a bowl and top with toasted pumpkin & hemp seeds and more hemp oil.
Serve with your choice of chips, crackers or vege sticks.
