Did you know you can use cooked Adzuki or black beans to make delicious, fudgy brownies?
Using beans instead of flour this makes a fantastic gluten free treat!!

1 1/2 c cooked *Adzuki or black beans
1/2 c *Hazelnut Choc spread (any nut butter will work)
1/3 c *Cocoa
1/2 c *Golden sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/2t *Baking powder
1/2 c *Vegan chocolate drops
Method blend together all ingredients except for the chocolate drops . Once mixture is blended smooth fold through choc drops. Pour mixture
into a lined baking tray , mini muffin/ loaf tray and bake 180deg for 20mins or until a skewer come out clean.
Enjoy warm or cold.
