Almond Flour Banana Bread

Gluten and refined sugar free


2 large mashed bananas

* 3 eggs

1 c milk

1 t vanilla extract 

*2.5 c almond flour 

*2 T psyllium husk

*2 T coconut flour 

*1 t ground cinnamon 

*1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

*1/2 cup chocolate chips

*1/2 cup chopped walnuts


 Pre heat oven to 180 c and line a loaf tin with *parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients including mashed banana in another. 

Pour wet ingredients into the dry and fold together until just combined- don't over mix. 

Pour into your loaf tin.

If you like cut another banana length wise down the middle and place on top of your loaf.

Bake for 50- 60mins or until a knife comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing. 

This loaf is delicious topped with butter or one of our house made nut butters.
